Insight Global is looking for a Project Accountant to join one of our largest Engineering Consultant clients in Rosemont, IL. The Project Accountant is responsible for managing the financial aspects of projects throughout their lifecycle, including contract setup, monitoring, billing, and closeout. This role works closely with Project Managers, Section Managers, and accounting teams to ensure compliance with contractual and financial standards. Key duties include processing project initiation packages, reviewing job costs, managing subconsultant invoicing, performing monthly billing, and supporting earned value analysis. The position also assists with general accounting functions and supports training and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
• 5+ years experience in accounting
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management
• Experience in AEC industry
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Oracle EBS/Hyperion experience
