Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Soarian Analyst/Consultant to support a large hospital system. This role is fully remote and requires a deep understanding of Siemens Soarian Clinicals and/or Financials, with a focus on optimizing workflows, supporting end-users, and ensuring system integrity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for Soarian Clinicals and/or Financials modules.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.
- Perform system testing, validation, and documentation for upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Participate in change management processes and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Support integration efforts with other hospital systems (e.g., EHRs, billing platforms, lab systems).

- Proven experience with Siemens Soarian Clinicals and/or Financials.
- Experience with HL7 interfaces and healthcare data standards is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
