Job Description
• Manage and support ongoing privacy compliance projects across global regions including monitoring evolving global privacy regulations and track implementation requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with privacy requirements.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business actions.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and report on key metrics across all leadership levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address privacy risks and opportunities.
• Support privacy training and awareness efforts.
• Assist with compliance reviews and implementation of privacy controls.
• Manage and support updates to global privacy policies, procedures, statements, and notices.
• Perform all other tasks and activities as may be assigned from time to time such as the management of privacy incidents, third-party risk management privacy reviews, to advance privacy compliance, data protection and privacy by design and default objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in privacy compliance, program management, or regulatory roles; experience working with broader compliance or governance functions is a plus..
• Strong working knowledge of global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, LGPD).
• Proven experience managing privacy programs and compliance initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
• Strong project-management experience and skills required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced multi-national environment.
• One or more recognized privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) required.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• J.D. or law license is a plus, but not required.
