Job Description

A global company is hiring for an AV Technician to sit 100% in their Arlington office.
Provide AV support to conference rooms, prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations, perform post-conference check for conference room, present supplied briefing materials using installed or furnished audio-visual equipment, display supplied briefings via PowerPoint, video tape, overhead viewgraphs, and audio tape
Maintain and operate a wide variety of VTC equipment to include cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices
Conduct routine operational tests and fault isolation on AV/VTC systems and equipment
Reserve, schedule, and set up audio visual equipment as required
Coordinate requirements with internal teams and distant-end, using the appropriate software to update reservations database

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of technology customer support, emphasizing in technical infrastructure and exponential technologies
Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting AV integrated technologies and repairing computer systems
Direct experience with networking, Windows, Apple iOS, collaboration tools, AR/VR systems, and other in-room technologies
Executive presence and comfortability engaging with C-Suite regularly
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

AV integration experience
Basic understanding of Crestron systems
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent
Background in audio/visual and technical innovation methodologies
Experience in development of operational procedures, and an aptitude to develop performance measures to quantify service performance
Experience supporting C-suite executives with technical and strategic needs of the business
Ability to follow standards, processes, and procedures
Experience in exponential technology applications, data analysis and visualization, or other technical expertise
Experience fostering a cooperative team environment, and viewed as a team player who understands the culture and how to be effective in it
Familiarity with the Energy, Resources, and Industrials industry
Demonstrates a client-service attitude and aptitude
Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats to Deloitte leadership, clients, and vendors
