As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the business needs of various departments within the organization and translating them into technical requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, and then collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Your role will involve facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of IT solutions.

- Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and solution design.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
