Architects, designs, analyzes, configures, installs, and manages a global enterprise network infrastructure.
Designs, develops, and implements comprehensive Zero Trust architecture across the organization
Owns and manages the configuration, installation and management of network switches, routers, wireless, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN and other network/security devices.
Enforces network architecture and deployment standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security best practices to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
Proactively monitors network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implements improvements to achieve optimal network efficiency and reliability.
Designs, implements, configures, manages and supports the Cisco ISE solutions across the organization, including Wired & Wireless NAC, MDM, and TrustSec.
Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including architectural diagrams, configuration details, and operational procedures.
Creates and implements network security measures to defend against outside threats.
Conducts regular network performance tests and provides network health reports.
Maintains existing networks, including installing and configuring networking hardware.
Mentor junior network engineering staff.
Engages in technical administration of Cisco network equipment including routers, switches, access points, and controllers.
Configures, monitors, and troubleshoots enterprise network equipment.
Resolves complex issues involving a wide range of technologies.
Assists other teams with installing and configuring Cisco Voice Gateways, Integrated Services Routers (ISRs), Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) routers, analog gateways, and any other infrastructure equipment.
Works with carriers and configures/troubleshoots Internet, MPLS, SD-WAN and other WAN circuits and equipment.
Ensures network meets compliance standards, including PCI and HIPPA.
Provides on call support required to bring production systems to operational states.
Oversees diagnosis and troubleshooting activities; resolves technical problems that occur.
Performs system administration functions necessary to support continuous day-to-day system operations
Performs configuration management using Ansible, SolarWinds and other tools.
Performs expansion, relocation, and consolidation of voice infrastructure for all corporate locations.
Develops and maintains network documentation.
Collaborates with other Engineering teams such as Software Development, SRE, Information Security, and other Business Stakeholders.
Responsible for providing root cause analysis for outages, and delivering SOPs.
Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
Minimum eight (8) years of relevant work experience, or any equivalent education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated/achieved
Minimum eight (8) years of experience with Cisco routers/switches/routing protocols and other network equipment.
Strong experience with Cisco ISE
Strong experience with SD-WAN, Private Access, and Network Security
Experience with IaC, SDN, and scripting tools such as Python and Ansible, preferred.
Experience of networking in AWS cloud. VMware and/or Docker and/or AWS environment, preferred.
Experience working in a DevOps culture
