Perform detailed analyses of vendor and customer contracts to identify and address cybersecurity risks.
Evaluate contracts for potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure that contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for cybersecurity and data protection.
Work closely with legal, procurement, and cybersecurity teams to integrate security requirements into contracts.
Maintain comprehensive records of contract reviews, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and best practices, and update contract templates accordingly.
