The Customer/Vendor Contract Analyst is responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and ensuring the security and compliance of vendor and customer contracts. This role involves identifying potential cyber risks and ensuring that contracts adhere to best practices for cybersecurity and data protection.

Required Skills & Experience
• Perform detailed analyses of vendor and customer contracts to identify and address cybersecurity risks.
• Evaluate contracts for potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for cybersecurity and data protection.
• Work closely with legal, procurement, and cybersecurity teams to integrate security requirements into contracts.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contract reviews, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and best practices, and update contract templates accordingly.
