Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a suite of projects within a company-wide Data Governance initiative. This program will focus on establishing and implementing data governance guidelines, data cleanup (specifically customer, vendor, and SKU data), and the successful setup of data lakes for various business functions.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 10+ years in program/project management with a focus on data governance, data transformation, or similar large-scale initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, especially in preparing executive-level PowerPoint decks for leadership updates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
