Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Analyst II (Wet Chemistry) to join one of our testing and inspection clients in Lincolnshire, Illinois. This position is responsible for performing chemical analyses on a variety of samples, including preparation, extraction, and digestion using both manual techniques and instrumentation. It is essential that this person has experience with techniques including Particle size analysis, XRD analysis, ICP analysis, titration assays. Additionally, this person will prepare detailed reports on sample results, method validations, and calibration studies. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity and requires to be on site 5 days a week.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of hands-on experience with wet chemistry techniques in a laboratory setting
Proficient in particle size analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analysis, and titration assays
Strong analytical mindset with a background in research or regulated lab environments
Bachelors degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Masters degree in Chemistry
