Job Description
A large retail company is looking for an IT Lead Analyst to manage and optimize Workday Advanced Compensation processes. You will handle daily operations, including system configurations, business process workflows, security, and integrations with HR systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with HR, Compensation, and IT teams to ensure system functionality, performing data audits, generating reports and dashboards, and driving system enhancements. The role can be remote with quarterly travel to Lincolnshire, IL, or hybrid onsite in Lincolnshire for Chicago-area candidates.
rate: $130-165k, no bonus

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience leading or managing Workday Core and Advanced Compensation workstreams
Strong technical knowledge of Workday Compensation (configuration, integrations, reporting, security)
In-depth understanding of compensation processes and best practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple Priorities and meet deadlines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Workday HCM integrations or other HR systems
Familiarity with data loads (EIBs) and Sandbox environments
Knowledge of Workday reporting tools for advanced analytics
Experience driving automation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
