Job Description

Acts as a trusted advisor, influencing and negotiating to achieve business objectives.
Assists in developing strategic plans and identifying emerging issues to inform decision-making.
Recommends strategies for UAT based on guidelines and best practices, and may review the work of other UAT analysts.
Supports strategic initiatives and helps determine business priorities.
Conducts independent analysis to resolve strategic issues.
Manages the UAT intake process, prioritizing work assignments.
Represents the business and Accountable Executive.
Develops and leads UAT strategies for large, complex projects.
Coordinates database management, ensuring data alignment and integration.
Monitors performance, addresses issues, and produces reports and dashboards.
Coordinates UAT Testers, providing feedback and acting as a senior resource.
Leads change management activities and communication plans.
Manages business users for testing, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
Performs user acceptance testing, including strategy development, test case creation, execution, and defect management.
Develops UAT solutions, providing advice and guidance.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of business processes and project requirements.
Coordinates overall test plans, including scheduling and monitoring progress.
Collaborates with stakeholders to design and implement UAT solutions.
Builds effective relationships and participates in change management activities.
Analyzes data to provide UAT insights and recommendations.
Provides specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support.
Works independently, handling non-routine situations.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years in the commercial banking industry.
5-7 years in payment and ACH testing, including:
o Processing files.
o Reconciliation of settlements.
o Repairing exceptions.
o Preparing returns.
o Handling NOC and balance files for reconciliation.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ISO 20022 and API Testing (REST API, POSTMAN, SOAP UI).
Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Delivery Framework
Education:
Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
