Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Scheduler to work a Hybrid schedule in Berwyn, IL. The position requires 3-days onsite at the office and 2 days remote. Schedule - [Tuesday-Friday: 9:30AM-7PM and Saturdays: 9AM-1PM]. Friday's & Saturday's will be remote optional.

The scheduler will be responsible for coordinating staff schedules and client appointments for our behavioral health facility.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain schedules of staff in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), including updating system as availability changes
Conduct outreach to clients and explain assessment process
Monitors schedules for accuracy, cancellations, and back fill openings
Document client communication in EHR
Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in healthcare scheduling or patient services
Bilingual - [English/Spanish] - Spanish fluency in medical terminology is not required. Conversational is good.
Strong customer service skills and attention to details
