Insight Globals Insurance Technology client is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join their team! This person will be reporting into the Program Manager and will be responsible for collaborating with users and stakeholders to capture the right business requests and accurately translating them to specifications that aid design, coding, and testing of complex software and data applications. They will be a liaison between the business and technology organizations for implementing software solutions in order to accurately realize business goals. Day to day, this person will be attending daily standup meetings, testing anything thats been completed, writing up new stories, cleaning up the backlog, attending grooming sessions with the developers, meeting with the Program Manager for backlog cleanup, attending stakeholder meetings, running requirements meetings and more.

-5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
-Experience developing product roadmaps, wireframing, and writing user stories
-Strong experience with requirements gathering and good knowledge of the product lifecycle
-Excellent communication, urgency, attention to detail, documentation, and follow through
-Agile experience
-Experience within the Insurance/Reinsurance industry
-Jira experience
-Bachelors Degree
