Job Description

Investigating and diagnosing of incidents and problems relating to DDI (Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and related services.
Ensuring the platforms and services are managed and maintained.
Helping identify and manage risks within the DDI platform.
Lead the lifecycle work for RH Infoblox environment
Design, implement, and maintain F5 load balancers for optimal performance
Monitor network traffic and troubleshoot issues related to load balancing
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of F5 solutions
Provide support for network infrastructure projects and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

In-depth knowledge of DNS, NTP, IPAM, BIND, and DHCP.
Extensive and recent experience of DNS, DHCP and IPAM in a large enterprise (Configuration and Management).
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving, and the ability to debug complex-cross systems problems, and document root cause including remediation and detection.
Demonstrates knowledge of a broad range of technology towers i.e.: Networking routing and switching, Data Center Migration and Disaster Recovery.
Participate in change and incident management.
Hands on experience with automation tools or APIs.
Self-driven with the ability to manage workload without direct supervision.
Proficiency in F5 load balancers and related technologies
Experience with network monitoring tools and technique
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, etc.)
Familiarity with network devices and protocols (e.g., switches, routers, wireless access points and other similar technologies)
Basic technical knowledge of IP routing including TCP/IP and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF)
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud computing platforms
Anticipating potential problems and acting to minimize the impact they may have on the project or unit.
Ability to collaborate with different technology towers to achieve common goals.
