Insight Global's client is looking for a Business Analyst Analyst to join their team to help support their digital pharmacy product. Right now, the team is running very lean, so they are looking for a Business Analyst to come in and support the Product Managers and their work streams. These Business Analysts will be doing the heavy lifting, moving the story points, getting things built, managing the sprints, analysis on the data, some reporting, being that extra support for whatever the team needs.
Digital Pharmacy is proving to the be biggest revenue driver to digital at this organization. With 30% of brick and mortar stores closing over the next 3 years, people will be relying on digital pharmacy to receive their prescriptions. The team and role is fluid, as priorities are often changing within digital product but examples of work steams that they could help support include but are not limited to: Rx communication enhancements across email, SMS, push and more, improvement of foundational connection between Digital Rx and backend applications, growth of value and savings offerings in the digital ecosystem, support to drive deeper penetration of digital pharmacy products and services and more!
This person will also be involved in UAT testing, not being afraid to drive testing. They will be writing test cases and executing them. They will be in an acting scrum master role. They are looking for someone who is not afraid to get on a call with engineers, go find information that they need.

-SDLC knowledge
-Grooming stories, creating stories, managing the backlog
-Tech savvy individual
-Interested in product, ambitious
-Understanding and interest in IT demonstrates an interest in IT product
-Jira or ADO experience (they use ADO)
-Self starter, smart, proactive
-Someone who can constantly learn and continue to grow. Willing to take on new challenges and tasks
-Analytical and data-driven- strong excel skills - aptitude to understand the data, curiosity of the data
