An employer is looking to add an Account Strategist to their Influencer Marketing team. This person will be responsible for driving the strategy and planning of all Influencer Marketing campaigns and acting as the data-driven creative engine. This person will work closely with the sales team to develop and price compelling Influencer Marketing plans tailored to meet unique brand objectives. This person will collaborate closely with Influencer Marketing Account Managers to identify the ideal Influencers and Creators, execute paid social campaigns in alignment with the creative strategy, and develop comprehensive campaign presentations to communicate performance metrics and insights.
They will be responsible for developing Influencer Marketing media plans, including deliverables, pricing, strategy, and talent selection. They will create innovative, data-driven social media strategies that align with brand goals and conduct brand social audits and competitive analyses to inform campaign strategies. They will also be responsible for identifying and vetting Influencers and Creators for strategic brand partnerships.

3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing and social media strategy planning
Demonstrated success in building, pricing and executing six-figure influencer marketing plans for brands
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey strategic recommendations to clients
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative campaign ideas
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Proven experience in developing data-driven social media strategies and managing paid social campaigns
Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprout Social)
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for social media, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling
Experience communicating with key stakeholders internally and externally
Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
