Insight Global is seeking a Stress Testing Manager to join our banking clients Stress Testing organization within the Finance LOB. The bank has been getting new mandates around stress testing and is also in the process of transitioning their existing files from Essbase to Anaplan. This individual will help with the Banks EWST and Mid-year Stress Tests. This role will partake in all aspects of Stress Testing from model development, scenario design, results review and analysis, procedures documentation, challenge processes, and the results submission. Role will cover these tasks for both US and Enterprise Stress Testing, as well as the LOB submission. They will be running a lot of loan files, reviewing information, and helping with challenge materials. This role will provide insight into various areas of the bank as this individual will interact with key stakeholders throughout the bank and prepare results for Senior Management.
Develops detailed financial and economic analysis to assist the designated business portfolio with decision support. Works closely with business leaders and Finance partners to provide financial advice and service that supports the financial management activities of the Group/portfolio. Supports the monitoring and management of financial performance against plans, forecasts, initiatives and objectives. Generates information and insights that support key business decisions to drive value (e.g., revenue growth, cost management, resource allocation, balance sheet optimization, etc.)

At least 5-10 years of stress testing and analytical experience
Knowledge of Essbase
Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, macros, formulas, etc.)
College Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
Good communication and experience working cross functionally with various groups (Tax, Risk, etc.)
Strong work ethic and comfortable working independently with little supervision
