Job Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Solutions Lead to drive the design, development, and governance of enterprise automation and application solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, mentorship of offshore teams, and a strong understanding of DevOps principles (Harness.io) and security best practices.
The ideal candidate will oversee Power Automate (40%), Power Apps (35%), Logic Apps (15%), and Azure Functions (10%), ensuring best practices for governance, scalability, and performance in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring offshore teams.
Expertise in Power Automate (40%), Power Apps (35%), Logic Apps (15%), and Azure Functions (10%).
Strong experience in DevOps principles and CI/CD automation (Harness.io preferred).
Knowledge of application development best practices, including testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with security best practices, including Entra ID, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
