This individual will develop relationships with our Managers, Directors, Delivery teams, and key stakeholders of our clients in various industries, and must act as a true business partner. A qualified recruiter/ administrator will assist in managing the full recruiting lifecycle to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection for high volume permanent, consulting, and temporary professional services positions.

- Minimum of 1-3 years previous recruiting experience or administration experience
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
- Excellent customer and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work on a various background of professional skillsets
- Previous work in a mid-sized or larger corporate environment working on professional category roles
- Experience handling confidential information and matters with discretion
