Job Description

The Cloud DNS Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining DNS infrastructure across various cloud platforms. The individual will work closely with network engineers, automation engineers and cloud engineers to participate in this journey to move our BIND servers from on-premise to cloud native DNS services.

Required Skills & Experience

In-depth knowledge of DNS, DNSSEC, and BIND.

Experience with cloud-based DNS services such as AWS Route 53 and Azure DNS.

Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DHCP, and IP addressing.

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, and Ansible.

Experience in implementing DNS security best practices and mitigating DNS-based attacks.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
