The Onboarding Specialist administers the onboarding process for new dealer and manufacturer credit line requests. Responsibilities are centered in contacting prospects to obtain required information and leading them through the entire onboarding cycle from application to activation, which includes understanding applicant organizational structure, filing UCCs and administering system generated loan documentation. In addition to ensuring a satisfactory applicant/customer experience, the Specialist ensures accuracy of data in TCFIF's system of record.

Bachelors' Degree and/or 3+ years of experience in a customer facing position or 3+ years of experience in banking or finance.
