Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Release Train Engineer for one of our largest financial clients to sit hybrid in Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for optimizing flow of epics/features and value delivered by a complex/larger Agile Release Train (aka: Solution Train). Key responsibilities include facilitating Solution Train ceremonies, managing dependencies, reporting the health of epic/feature delivery and overall program increment, and promoting agile principles/mindset through coaching. These individuals ensure impediments to delivery are resolved quickly, protect the Trains from disruptions, and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Facilitation and Coordination, Process Improvement, Risk Management, Collaboration/Communication, Coaching/Mentoring, Performance Tracking & Reporting, and Release Management. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with proven leadership skills.

Pay Range $88.58 - $98.58/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology
• Strong experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams
• Working knowledge of Lean Agile SLDC Processes and deliverables, ability to collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues/remove impediments
• Excellent written/verbal communictaion skills
• Project Management skills
• Proven experience in leadinga d facilitating large-scale Agile Prorams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Rally, or equivalent Project management tools
