Position Summary
The Desktop Technician coordinates, diagnoses, and troubleshoots incoming end user problems related to hardware issues, connectivity, operating systems, software, system procedures, online transactions, and system status. This role involves solving intermediate-level problems and analyzing potential solutions using standard procedures.
