Job Description

Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with administration of Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Entra (Azure Active Directory), Conditional Access

Excellent hands-on experience managing Proofpoint email hygiene (SAAS), and Secure Email Relay services

Expert knowledge SMTP, email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and all aspects of email administration on-premise and Exchange Online

Expert use of Powershell leveraging ability to create scripts for administration, automation of routine tasks, and as required for troubleshooting or other technically complex scenarios

Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Solution, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure all aspects of M365: Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and on-premise email systems (Exchange 2016/2019)

Hands-on experience integrating 3rd party apps with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint

Strong organizational skills and ability to take on multiple assignments

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Identify and implement preventative maintenance and performance optimization solutions to meet operational and information security objectives

Develop the technical design and operational procedures for Microsoft 365 and services within the technology scope of position

Leverage experience for leadership in configuration, implementation, and migration of on-premise and cloud services to Microsoft 365

Support, operate, and maintain all on-premise and SAAS services related to Global Collaboration Services

Provide end-user support for tickets related to M365 and on-premise services as required

Ability to occasionally work or assign work during nights/weekends during critical incidents per on-call rotation or major project implementations

Strong knowledge and practical administration of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams

Strong knowledge of foundational services supporting M365: Windows Server, networking (DNS, F5, Firewall), server virtualization (VMWare), Splunk (logging)

Maintain a deep technical understanding of all aspects of Microsoft 365

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
