This Marketing Analytics Consultant will be working for a global bank in the US Marketing and Analytics team focusing on personal banking products. The first 120 days will be heavy data intensive, figure out the systems, platforms, where the data sits, doing rigorous documentation to become knowledgeable in the database. The need is for someone to come in and rebuild everything for the back end customer journey using SFMC, SQL, SAS, and Data validation. After the data validation process, it will be partner heavy; once everything is set up for the customer journeys, departments will want program optimization around that, so this resource will work with partners to develop requirements.
Ex) As a new customer onboards with this bank, there needs to be a strategy in place such as sending reminders to customers to open their account.
