Insight Global is seeking a UX Designer/Generalist for a large financial client in Kennesaw, GA, Richmond, VA or Chicago, IL. This person could be working on multiple projects where they are acting as a XO - experience owner on the strategy side, as well as a VID, more on the interaction design side. The UX designer should have a strong background of understanding when to include the research team, the strategy behind a vision and a specific roadmap, as well as a deep knowledge of the ins and outs of a design system. The team is currently utilizing Jira and will start using Figma by the end of the year. This person will be supporting an internal onboarding portal for new hires. This includes building the app in order to streamline the onboarding process and create a better new hire experience. This tool will also include the necessary compliance training and hardware/software set ups necessary for a new employee. Another project this person will be tied to is helping to either replace the clients current career center vendor with a new vendor or building a new internal program altogether.

- 5+ years of UX Design experience (not pure visual design)
- Strong understanding of when to use research, strategy behind vision/roadmap, understand design systems
- Jira experience (tracking workflows)
- Figma experience
- Invision and Sketch (team is currently using but moving off by EOY)
- Out of the box thinking
