This person will be joining the procurement team for a facilities management firm. They will be working with both internal and external stakeholders to be able to review, negotiate and draft contracts in a service and goods space. They will be working with cross functional teams such as legal, operations and external suppliers. They will need to be able to work with the internal team to develop the scope of work required go to the external suppliers and show case the scope and work through pricing. After that be able to draft the contract and go through all the red lines need. They will be using excel in their day to day and working with different teams internally and externally.

· 4-6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or as a contracts manager while working within the goods and services industries and working with contracts in this space.
· A Bachelor Degree
· Excel skills
Strong written, verbal communication skills, and understanding on contract terms and conditions.
A background working in facilities management in a procurement/ souring compacity
