Insight Global is looking for a remote Salesforce BA to join a large insurance company. The company is currently expanding their use and adoption of Salesforce across the divisions. This BA will be working with business users across all divisions of Gallagher to gather requirements of what business users want in Salesforce then solutioning and creating User Stories to create. This BA will be implementing User Stories and configuring Salesforce where out of the box functions are not enough for the requirements. This BA will also coordinate with the Salesforce Admin to create customized solutions when needed.
