Insight Globals large American multinational food client is looking for a skilled Video/Motion Producer with expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro to join their Design team. As a Video/Motion Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering high-quality video content that aligns with our clients brand objectives and audience. This will include a variety of video reel templates, roughly 30-60-90 seconds long, for hype, sizzle, and for product demos to highlight core features of the digital team and their portfolio. The Video/Motion Producer will work with select stakeholder to create customized content to align with the business strategy but will also be responsible for creating reusable templates.
Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop video/motion graphics content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
Take ownership of the entire video production process, from scriptwriting and storyboarding to filming, editing, and post-production.
Utilize After Effects and Premiere Pro to create visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance the overall quality of our videos.
Ensure that all video content is produced in accordance with brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and motion graphics design.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their video/motion graphics needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.

5-7 years of experience in video/motion production role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in video production and/or motion graphics design.
Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Excellent storytelling and creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
