We are looking for a Construction Engineer to join the Macro Mod Team that will support the Real Estate Team. The Construction Engineer will be responsible for anything that has to deal with upgrading equipment at existing sites, as well as changing/modifying equipment. The person in this role should have experience doing the following: RF Datasheet review, construction drawing adjustment, equipment ordering, GC management and close-out review of tower and ground-based cell site modification projects. Primary focus is managing the installation of 4G + 5G E\\ radios, baseband units, tower-based antenna's/radios/hybrids/ and associated secondary cabling. The engineer will ensure the proper expansion of network capacity and support modification team needs to assist with tower and ground modification projects. Responsible for maintaining budgeting and material inventory related to these cell equipment upgrade projects. Will have to work closely with other equipment engineers and team manager to prepare and review annual budget requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to handle systems, have the expertise to manage projects/priorities, have experience ordering equipment.

* 3-5 yrs. of Construction Engineering experience within Telecommunications
* 4G and 5G tower, tower modification, and hybrids
* Experience with upgrading RF Datasheet Equipment
* Radios, Routers, Basebands, Antenna, Mount upgrades powerplant, or batteries
* -48v DC Power plant experience
* Ordering and inventory management of hardware
* Surveying shelter and tower assets to identify solutions.
* Performing site bid walks
* Must be self-motivated and have ability to complete tasks with little supervision.
