Insight Global is looking for a Security Engineer to join a large insurance client to work on a project remediating the client's DMARC/SPF/DKIM protocols for all domains, globally. The Engineer will:
* Collaborate with IT and Business Divisions to improve the organization's email security posture by enhancing DMARC, SPF and DKIM implementation.
* Collaborate with Business Divisions to understand business applications and operational processes where emails are sent to external parties on behalf of Internet domains attributed to Gallagher.
* Advise Business Unit stakeholders (i.e., divisional leaders/IT staff, application owners) regarding security policies, processes and procedures relative to DMARC/SPF/DKIM.
* Interface with internal and external IT and Business Unit staff to ensure appropriate and accurate responses to project queries are satisfied in a timely fashion.
* Identify current use cases and email requirements relative to existing business processes, and coordinate remediation tasks with project team per defined standards.
* Collaborate with Business Unit stakeholders and IT/Security staff to ensure proper due diligence relative to DMARC/SPF/DKIM remediation is carried out to mitigate risks to business processes and operational impact regarding email delivery.
3+ years of experience in email security technology
Understanding of DMARC, SPF and DKIM
Understanding of DNS, anti email spoofing
Strong analytical skills in root cause analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving
Experience with DMARC monitoring solutions (Valimail, etc.)
