Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Work closely with the Security Engineering team to ensure that the technical solutions meet the business requirements.
Test and validate the technical solutions.
Develop and maintain both project and process documentation.
Provide support to end-users.
Utilizing your understanding of organizational change management, lead change efforts.
Assess opportunities for process improvements
At least 3 years' experience with PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic.
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Trello.
4-year degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors Required
A strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
Knowledge of security protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Dynamic communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels throughout the various functional areas of the organization.
Team player with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
Great energy, good communication
Certificates pertaining to information security principles or PAM technologies preferred.
