Job Description

Day-to-Day:
A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Regional Director of Business Development within their Chicago market that has specific parking or facilities service industry experience. The majority of this role will be managing sales pipelines, sales processes, and fostering new and existing relationships for new parking service contracts with landlords of commercial buildings. This individual will have no direct reports and will meet weekly with the CRO, EVP, and operations team to discuss strategy for the Chicago area. There will be no ramp-up time for this position, so in the first 90 days the individual will be expected to close 1 new deal.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of consultative B2B sales experience in parking, real estate, security, or building services industry
- Existing book of business for the industry- needs to know landlords of Chicago-area buildings
