The Client Support Team Lead serves an important link between front office and operational colleagues ensuring accurate data for the client and organization. The Lead is responsible for ensuring client and financial data received from the front office is complete, accurate, and entered into proprietary software to ensure accurate operational processing. This person will be setting up accounts with external wealth management and external client's . The lead is the system expert for the front office and serves a vital role in superb client service and risk management. The role provides general instructions on routine work and participates in group projects as required. As well is mentorship traits and a definite expertise in Wealth Services with a strong background in External custody services.
5 years of experience working with external wealth management (Bloom Financial, Morgan Stanley, Charles Schwab, Northwestern Mutual, Hightower Advisors, Kingsview Asset Management, etc.)
Worked with Crescent Asset Management OR Registered Investment Advisors (RIA)
Experience at a bank setting accounts for assets that are held externally
