This Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for implementing Talent Acquisition strategies in partnership with Human Resources Business Partners, business leaders and hiring managers to identify talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner for one of Insight Global's leading law firm clients. This role will involve proactive activity anticipating talent needs, executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and overseeing the hiring administration process.
* 2+ years of experience working as a talent acquisition specialist or related role.
* Experience having managed multiple requisitions at a time and working closely with external vendors/agencies.
* Experience recruiting on roles across different lines of business such as: Business Service Professionals, Accounting, Finance, Tech, Business Development, and HR
* Knowledge of SuccessFactors or related tool
* Minimum of 2 years of full life cycle recruitment process - including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for specified requisitions
