The Communication Agency Account Manager is responsible for the overall client satisfaction of their book of business and delivering communication solutions to clients. In this client-facing role, the Account Manager is expected to assist clients, resolve issues, and implement changes that can strengthen the bswift Communication Agency's relationship with its clients. They will be responsible for liaising between clients, creative team, vendors, and other stakeholders while driving the moving parts and complexities of any given project, ensuring timeliness
* 5+ years experience project management preferably in employee benefits communications
* Exceptional planning, project management, collaboration and coordination skills
* Excellent people and time-management skills
* Experience working in workflow tools, such as Monday.com
* Microsoft Office
