Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support professional for a full-time role with a Technology Services Provider. This person will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for a high-priority client in the Arlington Heights, IL area. This role requires the ability to handle multiple tickets per day in a timely manner. They will have the ability to escalate higher level tickets to more technical team members that are located off-site. This environment is majority Windows based and this person should be comfortable supporting Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, Outlook/Exchange and multiple forms of hardware. They will also be hands'-on with any server related issues, and must have prior support and troubleshooting experience there as well.
