Desktop Support Specialist - Overnight - 100% Remote

A client is looking for a Desktop Support specialist to join their team in supporting over 800 clients in a Managed Service environment.

* 23 people on the staff right now --

* Provide helpdesk and NOC support - candidate will often need to deal with issues on both sides of the house

* Mix of good phone skills and customer service - little hardware support - have you done application support? have you password resets in bulk? networking connectivity issues?

* Premier support (client that pays a little more) and General support -- split into two groups and field tickets based on most aggressive SLA first

* KPI's and rapport with customers

* Team is diverse in backgrounds.
