Job Description

This role is hybrid onsite 1-2 days per week in Chicago, IL.



As a major investment of this client, CRM is a multi-year effort utilizing Salesforce to transform the sales journey by simplifying and digitizing processes while driving greater sales effectiveness. As a Salesforce QA Test Engineer, you will be part of the team building important capabilities for our CRM web and mobile solutions. You will be responsible for assisting in the rollout of Salesforce across various lines of businesses for the bank.

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Product Testing, with 2+ years of testing experience on Salesforce CRM applications.

* Strong experience with manual testing, creating Functional and Regression test cases for user stories (80/20, 90/10 manual to automation).

* Experience with Salesforce FSC, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRMA and integrations.

* Experience Test/Defect Management Tools, preferably Azure DevOps for creating test cases, scripts, plans, scenarios.

* Ability to write mid-complex SQL, SOQL, and SOSL queries.

* Ability to create Test configurations of SFDC platform such as Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Groups, OWD, Triggers, Flows, Execute batch jobs, Page Layouts and LWC components.

* Experience working with Product and Business partners to perform UAT testing.

* Familiarity with Salesforce Flow to create, update, delete records (screen flows, record-triggered flows, auto-launched flows).

* Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and QA methodologies, procedures, and testing techniques.

* Must be comfortable with SDLC tools, Agile, Scrum, and a DevOps enviornment.

* BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related major.

This role will be highly visible to business leaders, stakeholders, and executives so a high level of integrity, professionalism, communication, and collaboration is required.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Direct experience within banking, wealth advisory firm, or IRA background highly preferred.

* Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator)

* Hands-on experience with Data Loader to manage data import/export.

* Experience developing UI based test automation.

- Cross-functional technical background (ex. Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner/Developer experience prior).
