The FSC Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for assisting commercial banking partners by creating insights that will help them manage their portfolios for business to business and business to consumer operations. You will lead complex development projects to modify Visualforce pages and create new processes with APEX, and by developing custom objects and flows to automate processes in Salesforce. You'll also create and modify reports and dashboards, manage users and profiles in Salesforce, and create custom profiles to provide limited access to the tool. We are looking for someone who is excited about leading junior Admins who are configuring and wants to help from a mentorship perspective. This person will play an important role in making decisions on how things should be done, and who isn't afraid to step into development when necessary. There are 2 other junior admins on the team, and you'll work together to create insights for the Commercial Banking team.
* 2+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator within the Financial Services/Banking industry
* Experience developing custom objects and flows to automate processes
* Experience working on complex development projects to modify Visualforce pages and create new processes with APEX
* Experience creating and modifying reports and dashboards
* Strong experience managing users and profiles, creating custom profiles to provide limited access
* Salesforce FSC (Financial Services Cloud) experience
