Insight Global is assisting a client in Chicago, IL in finding a part-time hybrid Executive Assistant to help facilitate meetings, event planning and organization, calendar management, and other similar tasks. This role will be a part time, hybrid role, for an estimated 20 hours a week and will start out fully in the office until the candidate is comfortable with all aspects of the position.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing Outlook calendar scheduling and facilitating the setting up/rescheduling of meetings
* Compose emails in lieu of executive when needed
* Attending meetings in lieu of the executive and taking notes/passing on given information
* Scouting out event sites and coordinating with vendors to ensure event is properly set up
* Collecting data from various sources and compiling the information to give to executive
* Light payroll and accounting such as invoicing, expense reports, etc.
* Communicating with multiple departments to ensure information is distributed accordingly
* Bachelors in Business Management or similar field
* Project Management experience
* Experience with Canva
