Provides end user support for hardware, software, peripherals and networking. Provides technical support via phone or email to corporate and remote users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mobile phones). Investigates and resolves user issues. Troubleshoots software, hardware, and network issues. Collaborates with other IT functions including network services, software systems and/or application development to restore service and/or identify problems. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Minimum of one year of previous IT experience required.
