Job Description

This position is responsible for leading projects (and/or multiple subprojects of a program) of various sizes and complexity. Demonstrates advanced project management skills by ensuring the project scope is aligned with the stated business objectives, setting, and managing customer expectations, managing and escalating issues and changes. This position requires developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders to obtain project objectives while working in a matrix project environment. A comprehensive and appropriate systems development lifecycle and methodology is key. These activities will be performed independently with little supervision of the Enterprise PMO Director, Sr. Director of the PMO COE, or Portfolio Manager.



Initially, the PM will begin working on a project called Assortment. That project is one of several under a larger program called Advanced Analytics and AI. The intent would be for the PM to start with Assortment then bring the other projects under the program online.

Program Summary:

2023 GBMAA -- Advance Analytics & AI

This investment will empower the organization to use data and analytics to derive better insights for faster decision-making and will provide global scalability of advanced analytics capabilities across RGM and Full Funnel Marketing (FFM).

* Focus Areas for RGM include In-Store Display Optimization, Assortment Simulator, Kellogg Pricing Simulator, and Causal Analysis.

* Full Funnel Marketing includes Media Optimization, 360 audiences, and Propensity/Segmentation models.

Required Skills & Experience

Data and Analytics experience in commercial projects (Commercial project experience is a huge plus)

Advanced analytics and AI project experience

+7 years of technical Project Management experience in a large, enterprise environment

Excellent coordination, planning skills

Able to define scope, create project plans, risk management, follow up reports

Experience engaging with stakeholders

Budgeting experience

Vendor management

Able to work independently, leadership abilities, detail & team oriented, a driver

Must be willing to work in a fast pace, highly visible, time constrained environment

Excellent communication and people skills
