Job Description
Day to day:
This person will be joining as a member of the Service Desk Department. They will be coming in daily and prioritizing the internal/remote user trouble ticket list each morning. They will be setting up passwords and resetting passwords. They will be doing break fixes, working with internal on-site users and remote users (450 people work in the building and another 1000 remote users consist of internal employees at other branches and also distributors that work on the system.) The 450 on-site users will require this contractor to conduct PC refreshes, software upgrades, software installations, break fix issues, password resets, password resets, office 365 help, printer diagnosis/repair, PC building.
Minimum Requirements
Must Haves:
* 1-2+ years IT support/Desktop Support
* Windows 10 experience
* Active Directory-password set ups/reset
* Hardware troubleshooting (break fixes/setting up PC's)
* Customer service experience
Desired Skills
Plusses:
* Apple Experience
* Experience working with Zebra printers and scanners
* SCCM-building images and configurations
* Azure
* Cherwell ticketing system experience
* Virus troubleshooting experience (removing a virus off of internal PCs)
* Office 365 and MS Teams troubleshooting and working knowledge
