Job Description
This role is part of the ServiceNow Innovation team reporting directly to the ServiceNow Innovation Architect and will be initially focused on conceptualizing, modeling and delivering a logical ServiceNow feature that facilitates the delivery of IT services to three distinct operating entities including the dynamic delivery of transactional chargebacks as fulfilled. Senior ServiceNow Developer can work or contribute to all planned and considered ServiceNow projects across all businesses functions both within and outside of the IT organization. The Senior ServiceNow Developer may implement OOB platform applications and features as well as participate in automation and innovation initiatives. This role will be an integral part of the extended ServiceNow team with multiple comprehensive responsibilities including: requirements gathering, development, analytics, app delivery and Level 3 support for the specific domain area.
Specific Responsibilities may include:
* Develop and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations per organization established development practices
* Design and develop applications, processes and solutions code to support the requirements of the company split activities
* Working under the oversight of the Innovation architect and in collaboration with all other members of the ServiceNow team
* Develop scripts, workflows and solutions using available tools and established best practices
* Understand and have experience gathering detailed solution requirements and converting those into functional
* Complex problem ability and experience
* Development using the Agile methodology
* Strong modular code/scripting philosophy
Minimum Requirements
+5 years of ServiceNow Development experience
ITSM, HRSD, FLOW DESIGNER, MOBILE and PORTAL
Functional experience with JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, ES5+, HTML, SQL, PowerShell
Experience with multiple JavaScript frameworks and web-based protocols and standards such as:
Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, Scrum, and Agile development methodologies
ServiceNow Certification:
ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD); ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA); or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
Experience managing a team of developers
Extremely strong communication skills- strong customer facing abilities and experience working with executives
