Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join a large insurance brokerage and risk management client on a remote basis. This client has recently completed a merger and is working to integrate the partner in 6 months. The merger partner is using Salesforce currently with pieces that do not fit the client's environment and standards. The client is building out a team of a Salesforce Developer, BA, Admin, PM and Solution Architect to identify points of integration that must change to fit into the client's existing Salesforce environment including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud. This developer will:
* Work directly with stakeholders and software engineers to plan and implement technical solutions
* Oversee the feature request and work with leadership to prioritize and execute
* Support and train stakeholders on how to effectively access and use both Sales and Service Cloud
* Design and execute solutions for challenges such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design, and workflow rules within the context of the Salesforce platform
* 7-10 years of experience in a development role concerned with Salesforce.com programming at an enterprise level
* Understanding of API integrations with other systems
o .Net and Java
* Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
* Implementation experience with Apex Language, Classes, Controllers & Triggers, Visual Force Pages, Custom Objects, Process Builders / Flows, Workflows and Validation rules
* Experience with Lightning and JavaScript
* Understanding of Salesforce integration with Marketing Cloud, Telephony, Power BI, Azure or other cloud systems
