Job Description
An employer is looking for a REMOTE Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist in the United States. The candidate we are seeking is an experienced, ambitious, and highly creative Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist to create an effective, revenue-generating digital marketing strategy. You will be expected to set short-term and long-term business goals and guide our marketing team in executing high impact social media marketing initiatives, paid advertisement campaigns, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver useful digital insight by researching digital and social media trends to specify target audiences and identify customers' wants, needs, and pain points. The role also requires you spot opportunities for promoting our brand, improving our current SEO and SEM practices, perform content syndication tactics, track important marketing campaign metrics, as well as optimize conversion rates of ongoing campaigns.
As a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, you will also oversee the execution of solution and tool launches across our digital channels, guide our social media strategy, content segmentation & tagging, social outreach, and our sales messaging strategy. You should collaborate with our internal teams and creative agency to ensure a well-coordinated digital marketing scheme that will present the benefits of our solutions and tools to potential customers.
A prospective applicant should be highly experienced in using digital and social management software, analysis software, search engine optimization (SEO) analytics, and search engine marketing (SEM. This is necessary for increasing our channel traffic and leveraging data to make informed decisions increases out brand engagement, increases lead generation, and provides a continuous ROI to the business.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role as a marketing manager, digital strategist, data analyst or equivalent. Experience in the follow service lines is required:
- Paid Media (Search, Social, Programmatic/Display)
- SEO/Content Development/Content Strategy
- Lead Nurture (Multi-Channel Marketing/Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Data Analysis -- Extremely comfortable with turning large amounts of data into consumable insights that tell a story.
- Nice to have: Knows how to use advanced excel filters, table, graphs, and pivot tables
- Experienced with designing and implementing successful conversation rate strategies.
- Google -- Highly experienced with knowing how to pull insights from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console while providing best practices.
- SEO/SEM -- Highly experienced with using and providing best practices with marketing research tools including but not limited to SEMRush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu
- CRM -- Experienced with working with CRM solutions such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Marketing Automation -- Experience with using and solutioning communication touchpoints, personalization strategies, and A/B testing with tools like Pardot, HubSpot Marketing Automation, Marketo, or the equivalent.
- Online Content Drives -- An understanding of how to use online drives such as Microsoft SharePoint, DropBox, or Google Drive.
