* Bachelors' degree in marketing, communications or similar discipline with a \
* Minimum of 10 years of marketing or event marketing experience in a professional setting
* 5+ years managing a team
* Proven virtual event platform expertise
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot while maintaining composure
* Flexible and proactive approach to work, able to juggle multiple priorities and projects with resilience under pressure along with the ability to adapt to change
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, Aventri (or similar registration software), and Zoom
