Need 2 resources to help with the massive Salesforce Consolidation efforts. One will be assisting with the data aspect of Salesforce data analysis and the other will help with the refining of the requirements and user stories. This is heavy collaborations across different complex teams within the IT org.
- 5+ Years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Salesforce Administrator Certification**
- Strong MS Excel
- Working knowledge of the comprehensive Salesforce ecosystem
- Salesforce Lightning modules are a must
- Testing and UAT to work with dev team for the SDLC process
- SF Sales and Service Cloud experience
- SQL queries
- Working knowledge of Agile, SCRUM and process management methodologies
- DocuSign integration with Salesforce
