Job Description

Insight Global is looking for 3 Client Success Managers to work REMOTE in either Central/Eastern time zone. They will be responsible for:



Onboard and train clients on the tool

Analyze data to improve customer experience

Handle and resolve customer requests, problems and questions

Maintain ongoing customer relationships- also involves upselling especially when reviewing contract renewal

Network to identify new needs from our customers and potential business growth

Minimize customer churn

Participate in events and forums

Minimum Requirements

Analytical and data driven- HAVE to have experience working with data, KPIs, etc to tell a story to clients and customers, syndicated data, insights, etc (50% of their time will be working with data)

4- 8 years proven experience in the CPG related industry/companies (trade manager, e-commerce, category management, customer/client success, or working for NielsenIQ or competitor like IRI, SPINS, Numerator, etc)

Autonomous, looking for new challenges and accompanying the exploding e-commerce market is a real motivation for you

You have excellent communication skills

Willingness to travel (post-Covid) potentially for tradeshows

Comfortable with being an individual contributor and innovative thinker

Open to working hours that are not EST or Central at times due to managers sitting in UK and France
